draining so that’s why i searched for counseling i searched for a therapist um was always mentioned in like other youtubers videos like kelly stamps that i watch i enjoy her um she constantly advised it or did like um she was sponsored by them so she would constantly promote it and i’m like you know what it was a point in my life where like i required some expert help um simply some advice just somebody to listen to me um while i vent you know i simply needed that help so i was like let me give a try and um so i signed up with the regular monthly subscription for about 275 dollars um and i was appointed a counselor and you know she sends out a message that generally states like um hi welcome um tell me about yourself i sent out a quick introduction about who i am um why i picked for aid and um so that was that so then she sent me another action due to the fact that everything was online so it’s like messaging back and forth which is quite practical um although i am in individual type of person i would rather be face to face with somebody um not to mention i’m also a bad texter so like this actually wasn’t for me however i still wanted to give it a try um so then after i told her about me and things like that she you know told me.
about herself and then she told me that i could schedule our first conference um she sent me the dates that she was offered which was like a week from this time that we were talking um so everything was a week out so i sent her back an action and i was like hi i chose this date which resembled one of the choices that she had so she verified it she sent me like a confirmation e-mail saying like this is your very first meeting with your therapist and what to anticipate and what to you know bring and be prepared for so i was so excited like i had journaled out how i was feeling what i was going through what i wanted suggestions on or similar to what i wished to go over so the day that we’re expected to satisfy we’re doing a virtual.
